The weekly rhythm that replaces micromanagement
One repeatable 45-minute meeting does more for control than ten check-ins a day.

Chaos in a small business rarely comes from missing people. It comes from missing rhythm - nobody knows when things get decided, so everything gets decided constantly.
An agenda that never changes
- Five numbers for the week - the same five every week.
- What didn't happen and why.
- Blockers that need a decision today.
- Commitments for the next seven days, with a name and a date.
The rules
Fixed day and time. 45 minutes maximum. One living document, not a new one each week. Every item ends with an owner and a deadline, otherwise it isn't a decision.
If a decision has no name next to it, it hasn't been made.
