Nobody reads your proposal. Change this.
Clients don't buy a list of activities. They buy an outcome, a date and the certainty they won't regret it.

Most proposals open with a company profile and close with a price. The client reads only the last page, because that's the only page with information they need.
The structure that works
- Their problem, in their words, from the call.
- The outcome they expect after X weeks.
- How we get there - three steps maximum.
- What we need from them.
- Price, timeline, next step.
Three options instead of one price
With one price the decision is yes or no. With three tiers the decision becomes which one. The middle tier should be the one you'd actually recommend.
If your proposal needs a phone call to explain it, it isn't a proposal - it's notes.
