NK30 / Business Clarity

30 days to a clear business direction.

For someone who first needs to understand what they actually want to build - before investing time, money and energy in the wrong direction.

The core goal

After 30 days you should be able to answer clearly:

  • What do I want to build?
  • Who am I building it for?
  • What problem am I solving?
  • How will I make money from it?
  • What do I know and what don't I know?
  • What do I need to learn?
  • What should I do first?
  • What should I NOT do yet?

Who it's for

NK30 fits if you:

  • want to start a business;
  • have several different ideas;
  • don't know which idea to choose;
  • roughly know what you want but have no structure;
  • have skills but don't know how to monetise them;
  • keep starting different projects;
  • have an idea but don't know if it's realistic;
  • don't understand the business fundamentals well enough;
  • want a clear next step.

The 30-day path

Four weeks. Four sessions.

Week 1

You before the business

Theory Session 01 — Business Foundations

Before choosing a business, we have to understand the person.

  • what a business actually is;
  • the difference between an idea and a business;
  • problem → solution → customer → transaction;
  • product vs service; B2B vs B2C;
  • recurring vs one-off revenue;
  • scalable business vs lifestyle business;
  • risk, capital, time, skills.

Personal Business Map

  • What do I know? Skills, experience, industries, contacts.
  • What can I do? Practical capabilities.
  • What do I enjoy? Work you can do for years.
  • What do I NOT want? Just as important.
  • What resources do I have? Time, money, contacts, technology, market.
  • What life do I want? The business must fit the life.

Week 2

The ideas

Practice Session 01 — Idea Inventory

You bring your ideas. One, three, ten or twenty - it doesn't matter. We put them all in one place.

  • 01 Problem — does it solve a real problem?
  • 02 Customer — do we know who will pay?
  • 03 Demand — is there existing demand?
  • 04 Capability — can you realistically do it?
  • 05 Capital — how much capital is required?
  • 06 Speed — how fast can it be tested?
  • 07 Margin — is there real profit potential?
  • 08 Scalability — can it grow?
  • 09 Interest — do you actually want to do this?
  • 10 Strategic Fit — does it fit your long-term direction?

Outcome

  • NOW — deserves attention now.
  • LATER — good idea, wrong time.
  • TEST — needs validation.
  • DROP — stop wasting time on it.

Week 3

Turning an idea into a business

Theory Session 02 — Business Model Fundamentals

The fundamentals, without which every decision is a guess.

  • who the customer is and what an ICP is;
  • how to identify a problem;
  • value proposition and offer;
  • how pricing is set;
  • how customers are found and sales are made;
  • how the service is delivered;
  • margin and cash flow;
  • MVP, validation, go-to-market.

Knowledge Gap Map

  • KNOW — you already know it.
  • NEED TO LEARN — you have to learn it.
  • NEED EXPERT — no need to learn it yourself.
  • NEED TOOL — solvable with software or AI.
  • NEED PARTNER — may require a partner.
  • NOT NEEDED YET — looks important, isn't yet.

Week 4

The plan

Practice Session 02 — Business Start Map

We have the person, resources, skills, ideas, a chosen direction and knowledge gaps. Now we build the concrete structure.

  • 01 Business Idea — what are we building?
  • 02 Customer — for whom?
  • 03 Problem — what are we solving?
  • 04 Offer — what exactly are we selling?
  • 05 Price — how will we earn?
  • 06 Validation — how will we know people want it?
  • 07 First Customer — where can they come from?
  • 08 Required Skills — what has to be learned?
  • 09 Required Resources — what has to be acquired?
  • 10 Next 90 Days — what comes next?

The end result

We don't promise: “In 30 days you'll have a successful business.”

After 30 days you should know what you're building and what to do next.

After NK30

Three options.

01

You continue alone

You already have the structure.

02

You move to NK90

We go straight into execution.

03

You stop the project

Sometimes that's an excellent outcome. Better to stop a bad idea after 30 days than after two years.

Start with NK30.
