What we collect

• Data you submit through the forms: first and last name, email, phone, LinkedIn profile, business information and your message.
• Your email address when you subscribe to the newsletter.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed.
• Cookie data for measurement and advertising - only with your consent.

Why we process it

• To answer an enquiry or application (contract and pre-contractual steps).
• To send the newsletter you subscribed to (consent).
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam (legitimate interest).
• For measurement and advertising, if you accepted cookies (consent).

Who we share it with

We never sell personal data. We use processors acting on our behalf: hosting and database, email service provider, scheduling tool and, with your consent, measurement and advertising tools (including Meta Platforms, Inc. via Meta Pixel and Conversions API).

Some providers may process data outside the EU; such transfers rely on standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

• Applications and enquiries: up to 24 months after the last contact.
• Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe.
• Accounting records: the period required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
