What we provide

NK Academy provides mentoring services: 1:1 mentorship, the NK30 and NK90 programmes, the business intensive, group mentoring and membership. Sessions run online unless agreed otherwise.

Mentoring is advisory. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue or profit - the outcome also depends on your execution and your market.

Enrolment and payment

Enrolment follows an application and/or a fit call. Prices are in euro and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment is made upfront unless an instalment plan is agreed. Access starts once payment is confirmed.

Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason.

If you expressly ask us to start before those 14 days end, you owe a proportionate amount for the sessions already delivered. Once the service is fully performed within that period, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

A clear message to hello@nkacademy.bg is enough. We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the original payment method.

Rescheduling and no-shows

• A session can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
• A no-show without notice counts as a delivered session.
• Programme validity: NK30 - 60 days, NK90 - 180 days from the start.

Intellectual property and confidentiality

All materials, templates and frameworks remain our intellectual property and are for use in your business only.

Information you share about your business is confidential and never disclosed without your consent.

Disputes

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are settled by agreement or, failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court.
