A one-page strategy, or no strategy at all
If you can't explain your direction on one page, your team can't execute it.

Most strategies fail not because they're wrong, but because nobody remembers them. A 40-slide deck gets opened once - at the presentation.
What belongs on the page
- Who we serve - one customer profile, not three.
- What we promise - the outcome, not the service.
- How we make money - model, price, margin.
- The three things that matter for the next 90 days.
- What we will NOT do in that window.
Strategy is a list of refusals. No refusals, no strategy.
Making it usable
Print it. Open every weekly meeting with it. Anything that doesn't serve the three priorities goes on a separate 'later' list. After 90 days you review and write a new page.
