Revenue is not the same as business success.

The four numbers that matter more
- Free cash flow after your real salary.
- Percentage of revenue that doesn't depend on you personally.
- Months of working capital in reserve.
- Hours a week you spend on work only you can do.
A successful business is one that could exist without you - and still wants you.
If these four numbers move in the right direction, revenue will follow. The reverse isn't true.
